Money Back Rebates

ThermWise Energy Rebates from Enbridge:

• Attic Insulation – $0.32 sq/ft (if at least R-19 is added. An additional $0.08 if R-11 is added, so the rebate would total $.40 sq/ft if adding R-30.)
• Wall Insulation – $0.30 sq/ft for R-11 or more
• Floor Insulation – $0.20 sq/ft for R19 or more
• Tankless Water Heater – $300

Rocky Mountain Power Rebates:

• Attic Insulation – $0.10 sq/ft. Existing insulation must be R-20 or less and must be at least R-49 when completed.
• Wall Insulation – $0.25 sq/ft. Starting with no insulation, new insulation added must be at least R-13. Only exterior-facing walls qualify. 
• Floor Insulation – $0.10 sq/ft. Pre-existing must be no more than R-11. Final R-value depth must be at least R-30. Floor insulation must be installed between a conditioned and unconditioned space.

Federal Tax Credits have been discontinued.

• The Federal Tax Credit ended at the end of 2025.
• The Utah State Tax Credit ended at the end of 2023.
